Jewish Curriculum Development, MS

Overview

The Master of Science in Jewish Curriculum Development program is designed for educators who want to make a meaningful impact in Jewish education through curriculum design and development. This program is ideal for individuals in administrative roles or those working outside the traditional classroom setting. It provides a strong foundation in educational theory and practice, with a focus on school-wide curriculum planning and innovation.

Instead of a student teaching internship, participants engage in a yearlong Curriculum Internship. This intensive experience involves the study, analysis, and creation of comprehensive school curricula. It allows students to apply what they learn in real-world educational settings, developing robust curricular frameworks tailored to the needs of Jewish schools. All students complete the same academic coursework, ensuring a well-rounded and rigorous graduate education.
