IDS 6404 Business Analytics I

The course begins with an introduction to big data and the machine learning process, followed by exploratory data analysis and dimension reduction techniques. Topics covered in the course include data visualization, linear regression, logistic regression, regression tree, classification tree. Practical examples and case studies will be present throughout the course and students will gain hands on experience working with data. Prerequisite(s): IDS 5404.
