COM 5003 Systems Analysis and Design

Effective analysis and design of computing systems and applications requires a variety of business, technological, and methodological considerations. In this course, students explore analytical approaches to the definition of business problems, requirements gathering, process modeling, data modeling, system design, system testing/quality assurance, and system implementation using full system development life cycle. They also explore traditional and emerging project management and application design and development paradigms. Prerequisite(s): COM 5010.
