CSD 5400 Communicating with Patients and Families

This course provides an overview of the personal and family emotional impact of communication disorders, the need to provide healthy patient/professional dynamics to facilitate evaluation and rehabilitation, and acquisition of knowledge and skills related to appropriate communication with patients and their families/caregivers in clinical settings.
