MUS 2121 Introduction to Composition II

In Introduction to Composition II, students who have already achieved a level of competence in theory will undertake their own personal projects with guidance from the instructor. Projects may include an original work or an arrangement that will challenge the student to apply what he has learned about voice leading, continuity and contrast, and form. Available forums range from YU's a cappella groups to a chamber ensemble or even solo piano.
