REA 2963 Real Estate Investment

A solid understanding of investment cash flow analysis. Examines methods of measurements employed in quantitative analysis of real estate investments and income-producing properties. Concepts and calculations covered include net operating income, cash on cash return, internal rates of return, net present value, discounted cash flow, capitalization, debt service, leverage, depreciation, capital gains, and income taxes.
