IDS 5000 Data Analytics and Effective Management

Modern leaders must be able to interpret and act on data to drive results. This course helps students understand the role of analytics in effective management and decision-making. Students will develop practical skills for business modeling and reporting, as well explore tools for data visualization and dashboard interpretation. Emphasis is placed on identifying patterns, trends, and outliers in data to uncover insights and inform strategy. will use analytics to evaluate performance, support recommendations, and communicate findings in a business context. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to turn analytical outputs into actionable decisions that organizational performance.
