JUD 2625 Business Ethics:Cap Market and HAL

This course will focus on understanding how Halacha governs the flow of Capital (money) in all forms of transactions. We will address the principles of an economic system in Halacha and the various considerations that governs businesses when engaging in commerce. Topics include: Loans, Mortgages, Asset-Based Loans (ABL), Partnerships, Real Estate Investments, Preferred Return Contracts, Equity & Options Contracts, Bonds, and Foreign Exchange & Commodities trading.
