MAN 6235 Experimentation for Strategic Decision Making

This course examines how experimentation can drive strategic decision-making and innovation in business. Drawing on principles of causal inference, students will learn how to design, implement, and analyze experiments that reveal cause-and-effect relationships within and between business units. The course blends academic approaches with hands-on exercises and case discussions. Students will become familiar with evidence-based experimentation's great benefits and limitations for strategic decision-making. Prerequisite(s): IDS 5420 and MAN 5604.
