SWK 9107 Leadership and Program Development

This course is designed to prepare DSW students for social work leadership roles as agency directors, unit heads, professional organization leaders, educational institution deans, directors, and chairs. This course focuses on social work leaders as change agents who are instrumental in developing programs and policies at the micro, mezzo, and /or macro levels.
