Students will learn the fundamentals of financial and operational performance, explore different types of KPIs (financial, operational, and mission-driven), and use the SMART framework to develop meaningful, measurable goals. The course also examines how to cascade KPIs from strategic objectives to departments, teams, and individuals, ensuring alignment across the organization.
