MAN 5850 Decision Models and Management Controls

This course introduces the use of a managerial accounting information system for planning, controlling and decision making. It is intended for management consultants, senior managers, and/or individuals who run their own business. The lectures will emphasize working through problems of the kind found in practice. Previously offered as MAN 7850.
