Management, MS

Overview

The Master of Science in Management is designed to provide early‑career professionals, particularly those with undergraduate degrees in non-business fields, with the managerial knowledge, leadership capabilities, and foundational business acumen needed to advance into supervisory and organizational leadership roles. At the same time, the program also serves early‑career graduates who hold undergraduate degrees in business.

For these students, the MS in Management deepens and expands their understanding of leadership, people management, strategic execution, and data‑informed decision‑making areas often only briefly introduced at the undergraduate level. The curriculum elevates their existing business foundation by focusing on advanced application, managerial judgment, and the interpersonal capabilities required to lead teams and drive organizational outcomes. The program develops essential competencies in leadership, communication, project and operations management, financial literacy, data analysis, and strategic thinking.

Through a curriculum that integrates evidence‑based theory with real‑world practice, students learn how to lead people, manage resources, analyze problems, and support organizational success in dynamic and diverse environments. Experiential components, including applied projects, case analyses, simulations, and leadership development exercises, ensure graduates can immediately apply their learning in the workplace. Designed as an accessible and career‑accelerating pathway, the Master of Science in Management prepares both non‑business and business undergraduates to broaden their professional opportunities, step confidently into managerial roles, and contribute meaningfully to their organizations and communities.
