DENT 6227 Implantology I

Introductory concepts in implant dentistry with a focus on patient selection, surgical/prosthetic planning, radiographic evaluation (including CBCT basics), asepsis and instrumentation, osteotomy protocols, and prevention/initial management of complications. Emphasis on prosthetically driven, evidence-based, and patient-centered decision-making, interprofessional collaboration, and ethical informed consent.
