Each fall and spring semester, matriculated, undergraduate students who are full-time and who have achieved an academic grade point average of at least 3.500 may be included on the Dean’s List. This academic achievement is noted on the student transcript. Initial determination of the Dean’s List will take place about 30 days after each semester’s end. Students with incomplete grades must have them resolved by the end of February (previous Fall) or the end of September (previous Spring) for Dean’s List consideration. Students with unresolved incomplete grades or with any missing grades are not evaluated.
